Purpose of the Site
The Site provides information about Motiva Academy’s trainings, workshops and trainers, and receives your contact, offer and trainer application requests. The information on the Site is for general information only. Training contents, dates and prices may change without notice; the applicable terms are those in the offer sent to you or on the booking page.
Bookings and payments
Bookings and payments for some trainings are taken through TidyCal, whose terms also apply to those transactions. Prices are in US dollars (USD). If you cannot attend a training, the fee is not refunded and your registration is moved to the next training date. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
Intellectual property
The texts, images, logos, training contents and design of the Site belong to İkipixel or the respective right holders. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used commercially without written permission. You may share pages through the share links.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, not to enter someone else’s or false information into the forms, and not to attempt anything that could disrupt the Site or endanger its security (automated bulk requests, malicious code and the like).
Links to other sites
The Site may contain links to other websites. İkipixel is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Liability
We take care to keep the Site accurate, up to date and available, but we do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Your personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over disputes. The statutory rights of consumers remain unaffected.
