motiva.academy (the “Site”) is operated by İkipixel Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. (“İkipixel”, “we”). This notice explains which personal data we process on the Site, for what purpose and how, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

What we process
Only the information you type into the forms of the Site yourself:
- Contact form: name, email, phone, subject and your message.
- Offer form: the training you are interested in, name, company, email, phone, how you heard about us, your notes and your answer to the email/SMS permission.
- Trainer application form: name, email, phone, field of expertise, LinkedIn profile or website and your message.
- Newsletter form: first name, last name and email address.
In addition, technical records (IP address, browser details, the address visited and the time) are kept for a short time to keep the Site secure and working. If you allow it, visits are measured with Google Analytics; see the Cookie Policy.
Purposes and legal grounds
- Answering your questions and preparing offers: steps related to entering into a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c; GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f; GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
- Evaluating trainer applications: the same grounds.
- Sending the newsletter and, if you allowed it, information by email/SMS: your consent (KVKK art. 5/1; GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Keeping the Site secure and preventing abuse: our legitimate interest.
- Visit statistics: your consent, according to your cookie choice.
- Meeting our legal obligations: where required by law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. We use the following service providers to run the Site; your data is processed only as far as these services require and under their privacy terms:
- Cloudflare: hosting, database, content delivery and security (including Turnstile bot protection).
- Resend: delivering form notification emails to us.
- Purelymail: business email service.
- Google: visit statistics (Google Analytics) and the map on the contact page (Google Maps).
- TidyCal: training bookings and payments. Your payment details never reach us.
Data may also be disclosed to competent public authorities upon a lawful request.
International transfers
The servers of these providers may be located outside Türkiye (including the European Union and the United States), so your personal data may be transferred abroad within the framework of article 9 of the KVKK.
How long we keep it
We keep your data until your request has been dealt with and the retention periods set by law have passed. Newsletter registrations are kept until you ask to be removed from the list. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under article 11 of the KVKK you may learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad, ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted or destroyed, ask for these steps to be notified to the third parties it was transferred to, object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. If you are in the European Union, your rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and complaint to a supervisory authority) also apply.
