Koray İnanSales Coach and Program Manager
Graduating from Marmara University, Department of Economics in 1999, Koray İnan successfully completed his master's degree in the Department of Financial Economics at the same university in 2003. He began his career in 1999 at Yapı Kredi Bankası A.Ş., worked for 13 years in different banks and teams, and served as the corporate and commercial sales manager of the branches.
Through Vatan Bilgisayar, at which he worked in 2013-2014, he worked in all areas of technology retailing and merchandising such as management of the processes of designing, planning and implementation of training, field training needs analysis, and the planning, implementation and follow-up of annual trainings. Koray İnan has been working as a mentor and training coordinator at Etkin Project Management Consultancy since 2014 and continues to work on gamification in sales, team management, performance management and sales coaching. Koray İnan is the trainer and mentor of Salesmot Academy as well as being a consultant for it.
Koray İnan completed his mentorship training at the House of Human. With his experience as a manager, mentor and trainer, he enriched his coaching, sales and leadership training by completing the House of Human coaching school, approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Having received ICF-approved professional coaching training, Koray İnan applies cognitive / behavioral theory in sales and executive coaching. He is a mentor of İTÜ Çekirdek Incubation Center and member of the AC Coaching Association of Turkey.
