After graduating from the Electronic Control Engineering Department of the Naval Academy in 1997, he was a manager in various branches and departments in various ships at Naval Command, serving as an officer and, in 2006, he completed his master's degree in Management and Organization.
Following the completion of his 15 years of service in the Navy, he first served as the General Coordinator at Birikim Training and Consultancy and then as the Manager of Vatan Computer Academy, where he took part in the establishment processes of the Vatan Computer Training Academy and its programs, and the delivery of the programs throughout the country.
Throughout his management and training career, he has specialized in Sales and Customer Management, Retail Executive Development, Executive Development, Teamwork, Communication and Relationship Management, Leadership and Management, and Leadership in VUCA Conditions. After completing his master's degree, he enriched his experiences as a manager and trainer, as well as his coaching and leadership training by qualifying from the International Erickson Coaching school, approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and he has concentrated his work on team coaching, executive coaching, creating and implementing leadership and management programs with a coaching approach and visualization and scenario design in coaching.
He is also involved in Corporate Projects as a PEARSON BTEC accredited instructor within Bilgi University Executive Development Center. (Payitaht Çarşı project, Türk Telekom Sales University, Koton Sales School Project etc.)
He currently teaches Communication and Relationship Management, Management Skills, Leadership with the Coaching Approach, Leadership in the VUCA World, and does one-on-one coaching for executives.
