Since completing his education in physics, he has spent a large part of his professional life providing services to global brands via different disciplines of the communications industry, in Turkey's leading advertising agencies. He has gained experience in multidimensional planning, time and project management and team management, and has specialized in managing multinational projects and relationships.
Following the call of the changing age, he established his own boutique communication agency in 2008 and started to give consultancy on communication and marketing issues. In 2017, he took part in the establishment of Salesmot’s Gamification at Work platform.
